One Pro Elevators provides elevator manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and repair services. Our services include:
All elevator systems manufactured by One Pro Elevators come with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. Extended warranty options are available. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
Installation services are provided by certified technicians. The client is responsible for providing necessary site access, electrical connections, and compliance with local building codes. Any delays due to site conditions not disclosed during the initial assessment may result in additional charges.
Maintenance agreements require a minimum commitment period as specified in the service contract. Regular maintenance visits will be scheduled based on the agreed frequency. Cancellation of maintenance agreements must be provided in writing with 30 days notice.
Payment schedules will be outlined in individual contracts. Typically, a deposit is required upon order confirmation, with milestone payments during installation and final payment upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract.
One Pro Elevators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.
All elevator systems are designed and installed in compliance with applicable safety standards and building codes. Clients are responsible for ensuring continued compliance through regular inspections and maintenance. Any modifications to the elevator system must be approved and performed by One Pro Elevators or authorized representatives.
All designs, specifications, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of One Pro Elevators. Reproduction or reverse engineering of our systems is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
One Pro Elevators reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
